ISM Middle East is the leading trade fair for confectionery and snacks in the MENA region and is characterized by its strong international orientation, high business relevance and clear focus on innovation, trends and trade partnerships.

In 2025, 724 exhibitors presented themselves and over 25,000 visitors were registered.

The Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Home Affairs (BMLEH) is taking part in this trade fair this year with a joint German company stand.

In 2026, the BMLEH offers the following participation options:

• Stand from 9 sqm with stand construction = from 550,00 € / sqm
• Infopoint on approx. 3 sqm = from € 2,750.00 all-inclusive
