Warsaw Industry Week 2026 is one of the largest industrial trade fairs in Central and Eastern Europe, taking place from November 3-5, 2026 in Warsaw and showcasing cutting-edge technologies for production, automation and industrial innovation.  

In 2025, over 524 exhibitors presented themselves and over 25,000 visitors were registered.

The Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy is taking part in this trade fair this year with a joint company stand.

The following participation options are offered:

• Package A: Stand from 9 sqm with stand construction and furnishings = from € 275.00 / sqm
• Package B: Stand unit of 2 sqm incl. stand construction and furnishings = from € 775.00 / stand unit
• Package C: Stand unit of 4 sqm incl. stand construction and furnishings = from € 1,100.00 / stand unit
